Plugin for timer?

  Hi guys, is there a plugin that does something like this in the image below? I’ve been searching and I can’t find anything similar, I’m interested in a timer, for example, of 15 seconds for a link to appear by another article or an external link, I hope I explained correctly. Thank you very much, I am waiting for an answer.

  Since using plugins here requires a paid Business Plan, you’re not likely to find many folks who can offer a recommendation.
