plugin Function are not see left side Ber ?

    Hello ,

    I am asking only one thing . When i am starting any thing edit . related plugin . I am not see abelt to see here , any kind of plugin under left side navigation . Than how i am use any plugin .

    Here i am talling to it’s was free word press everything . that are reasons , r any thing others .

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    But – Problem is that , i am use free wordpress.com . I am not upgread my account .

    i am learning , how it working .

    Here i want to use some of plugin . i am not see any plugin where i can do something .

    better communication (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    i need info more .
