plugin function with wordpress Blogs

    Hi everyone

    I just transferred my personal blog from mySpace to wordpress.

    I also use wordpress at work. but that company wordpress blog is hosted on our own server.
    I noticed that our self installed company wordpress blog has a plugin function which I think is really useful.

    I’m just wondering that does my personal blog can use this function?
    If so, where do I download it and how do i install it?
    At the moment, I can see that the plugin function on the company Blog dashboard. But can’t see it on my personal wordpress blog dashboard.
    Or is the plugin function only available for self-installer/developer?

    Plugins are only for self-hosted blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG. Plugins cannot be used here although there are quite a few workarounds that have been crafted by clever people here if you tell us what it is you want to do.
