  HI !
  I would like to have the plugin “gd star rating”

  How can I install that plug in?

  It is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress.org blogs.

  Normally I like to help find a workaround for any plugins, using the options already available on WordPress.com — but I believe that plugin is for allowing ratings (3 stars , 5 stars, etc) on images, and that’s not something we have available on WordPress.com

  You can however use Ratings on Posts, Pages, or Comments:
