Plugin has disrupted my site

Hi I installed the plugin w3 total cache on my site http://pallanore-001-site1.1tempurl.com. But it seems to have deactivated my theme when I activated it. I was using the sysdney theme but now my site seems to be totally destroyed. In the theme setting sysdney is still the active theme and when I go to appearance > customise the theme is still there but it now looks really bad. What can I do to fix this

That theme does not exist at wordpress.COM and you are not referring to a site that is hosted here. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites and that one is not among them. Our support docs do not apply to (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
