plugin help

  I’m not sure if this the place or not but I’m posting here anyhow, I am looking for a plugin that allows users to register and select a pair of numbers that are not revealed to the other users until a certain date. IS there anything out there that can do this? Free preferred but small prices are ok. Thanks for any help
