Plugin help

  Hello, I need a plugin that gives our website visitors access to private content. This needs to be based on a unique serial number that we issue with our product. I’ve tried a few and asked some questions of providers but none seem to offer the opportunity to have a bespoke field on the registration form.

  I’m a bit lost because of the sheer volume of plugin providers and I can’t test it until we upgrade and I can’t upgrade (to allow plugins) until I’ve proven the concept.

  Does anyone know of a plugin that will give us this capability?

  Thank you Rootjosh. I don’t have a url yet and in any case there’s nothing in our free version of WP. If I can prove that the plugin will work and provide what we need then I would be able to recommend that we upgrade to a plan that allows plugins.

  The few membership plugins that I’ve looked at look perfect for our needs but they don’t provide the ability to have any additional fields – determined by us.
