Plugin Help Please

    I am new to wordpress and am finding it hard going at this point.
    Can some one help me please…I have downloaded Chicklet Creator WordPress Plugin and the instructions say”Upload the entire Chicklet-Creator folder into your WordPress plugins directory”
    Can someone tell me how to do that please,I have studied it for many hours without success.
    I look forward to somr help please

    If you are hosted here at wordpress.com, you cannot upload or install plugins due to security concerns. Plugins can only be installed in a self-hosted version of wordpress.
