Plugin in Free version

  I need to disinstall the Photon plugin. I have a free version of WordPress.
  In /wp-admin/ there is not ‘Plugin’, why?
  How can I delete a plugin from my website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:
