  I would like use pligin in my blog/site gsatut.com to expand the possibilities and show a better website using wordpress.com
  I want these following plugins:
  images-lazyload-and-slideshow.zip
  mailchimp-widget

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ FTP access, and plugins are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. if you require plugins, a shopping cart, etc. then you must hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then you can move your content from the free hosted WordPress.com blog into the WordPress.org install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
