  i want to use e commerce plugin but my dashboard doesnt have plugin option, is it necesary to upgrade wordpress right now i am using free plan.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:

  BTW, that Tab never existed on blogs hosted by WordPress.com
