Plugin Install

I am wanting to install WP Gyfact to embed the HTML5 videos onto my blog. However, the ‘plugin’ section of the admin panel is nowhere to be found?
There is probably something simple I have overlooked but how do I install plugins from the WordPress ‘Plugin Directory’?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
