Plugin install failed

I tried to install an add-on plugin called ultimate addons for t-shirt eCommerce, though when trying to install it failed and said no valid plugins were found, I directly installed the zip file received for download as well as I tried to download the actual plugin as a zip file (without document and macosx folders) can anyone please help

Are you working on pachion.com? If so, I’m afraid that this site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with One.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
