  Hello,

  is there any chance to install a free plugin for ecommerce at my wordpress website? I tried to install the plugins wootique and mystile to open an online store but the web browser of wordpress doesn’t let me add a plugin.

  No, plugins can’t be installed on a WordPress.com site. The Business Plan upgrade ($299/year) includes some ecommerce options: https://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/

  You might consider moving to a self-hosted installation of WordPress where you could install the ecommerce plugins you noted. For that you’d need to register a domain, buy hosting, and set up your site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
