Plugin installation

  Hi, i’m having trouble with installing plugins on my site. I have tried installing recipe plugins so that I can organise recipes and they all keep coming up with error 504: gateway timeout. I was able to install recipe pages but no other ones. I have tried installing several including recipe card, recipress, WP ultimate recipes and others. When I try to do it on wordpress it comes up with an error.

  Hi, your site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com – you have a self hosted WordPress.org install (there are a few crucial differences). Try asking in their support forums because the volunteers there will be way more knowledgable about this sort of issue.
