Plugin installation fail

  I’m trying to install a new plugin but it keeps saying ‘Installation failed. This package cannot be installed.’ I tried to install a few other plugins just to test if it works and this keeps coming up. Not sure how to fix it.

  It seems that your site (http://collectionsofher.com/) is not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your site is hosted on Unified Layer with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.

  It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.

  Also, you can read the differences of WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
