Plugin installation failed

  Got notification that ‘version 1 of the Leadpages Plugin is being deprecated. Please update to version 2..
  But when I go to install new plugin it reads:
  Destination folder already exists /home4/anitraes/public_html/wp-content/plugins/leadpages
  Plugin installation failed
  What am I doing wrong?
