Plugin Installation Failed

I am trying to install a plugin called Woocommerce on my website but whenever i install it, it says update failed and says that: Installation failed: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.Learn more about debugging in WordPress.

You didn’t say what was the address of the site but I’m afraid that, it is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
