Plugin installation help

  I need help on installing plugin. I just registered for a blog. I want to install the all in one SEO plugin but how? I don’t seen any plugin in the menu. Is this available for free accounts? Thank you!

  It is not possible to have plugins on a WP.com blog. But are you talking about a plugin, or a widget? Can you provide a link to it? There might be a workaround.
