Plugin installing error on xampp

  dear i am new on wordpress i am installing wordpress on xampp and run then i want to install plugin but this error is show
  “Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:xampphtdocswpwp-includesclass-http.php on line 1453”
  can you please help me as soon as possible
