  What is the URL of the site in question?
  Is it hosted by WordPress.COM?
  Did you purchase a Business upgrade for it?

  The only plan that provides the ability to install additional plugins on any site hosted by WordPress.COM is the Business plan. http://wordpress.com/plans/

  The url is alundphoto.com, I bought the domain and it is hosted by Bluehost, the images are currently not loading and just showing me an error message. I have identified it is the plugin because the other images and site structure all work and load correctly
