Plugin is not staying Activated & Customization Window is not showing

Good afternoon, I have a required plugin, Redux Framework that has been downloaded and activated in the past. For the past week or two, it consistently says it is not activated and every time I activate it reads ‘plugin activated’ but then when I scroll to the plugin, in is not. My other problem is when in the ‘Appearance’ and ‘Customize’ window, my menu disappears when I go into try to edit within ‘Customize’. I can see the initial menu for customize, but when I try to go into a menu item, the menu become blank.
