Plugin is not working

  Hi
  i have a premium plan word press account but my plugins button appears to be in disabled mode and am not able to install any thing,its again to upgrade can you please help with this issue

  The Plugins screen in the dashboard lets the users on Business plan to add Shopify, Ecwid, and Gumroad plugins.

  Most other popular plugins are already built into WordPress.com. You can check the included plugins here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  It is not possible to add any other plugins that are not listed in the above page.
