  Hello,
  I am not able to install the Uncode WPBakery Page Builder; the error message states ‘Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.’ How do I resolve this issue?

  What website is this for?

  Your site nuagra.wordpress.com would need a custom domain and Business Plan to install a plugin.

  Keep in mind that if the site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers, then the forums at https://wordpress.org/support will be better for this question. Here’s a bit about the differences- https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You’re not hosting at WordPress.COM, and you will want to get support for installing plugins at WordPress.ORG support. Start at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, and register if you’ve never needed to create an account there.
