Plugin Issues

  I just purchased an essential grid plugin and I can’t seem to use it on my wordpress account now. Before the last update I was able to download plugins at will and there was a menu on the left side of the admin screen where I could pull it into simply. Why did that go away? Am I just doing something wrong here? Please help!

  I’m sorry but if you are reading anything that makes you think that bloggers can install plugins on sites hosted by wordpress.COM, then you are mistaken/misinformed. We have never had that ability. You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.

  There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability is provided on wordpress.COM hosted sites for security and stability reasons. No upgrade changes that reality. Here at wordpress.COM we have built-in plugins. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
