  Plugin link not visible in admin console: I am administrator, what’s wrong?

  This is a free hosted WordPress.COM blog http://blog.colfsemplice.it/
  It is not a WordPress.org software install. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.com that changes this. FTP access, plugins and third party themes are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. if you require plugins you hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://wordpress.org/ Then you can move your content from the free hosted WordPress.com blog into the WordPress.org install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
