  hey guys was wondering why i cant find where the add plugins section is
  help would be great want to upload a font
  not a web genius so normal talk on the answer be great

  Plugin’s are not allowed on WordPress.COM blogs – security and reliability reasons

  You need to stop reading instructions for WordPress.ORG

  If you buy the CSS / Custom Design Upgrade some fonts I think are built into the package

  then how would i alter and why does it say i can
  do i basically have to build a website from scratch in its html css option
  and if i click that feature do i loose what i have currently built

  if you purchase the Custom Design upgrade, as auxclass said, you can change the CSS on your site, use Custom fonts and colors.

  Every WordPress.com site is themed out of the box. You cannot edit the underlying HTML or PHP, but you can change your site’s appearance with CSS. You also have access to over 200+ free and premium themes.

  No, you shouldn’t lose anything.

  I did note that you have a Store link in your site menu. WordPress.com is not really built for e-commerce and you’d have to have at least an Enterprise upgrade (US$500/month) to have access to any kind of shopping cart. What you can do is link to an off-site selling site, such as e-bay, to handle transactions.
