  I’ve been looking into WordPress plans but am unable to ascertain if WordPress Support includes; Regular back-ups, A staging environment and Plugin UPDATES.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com plans include backups and security, but not a staging environment as such. But you can keep your site private while you work on it.
