  I cant find the plugin manager. Im not even sure if its called a plugin manager but I know that its a place where you go to use downloaded plugins.

  Did you guys get rid of it..

  Hi, you won’t be able to install plugins on your WordPress.com site.

  This is available for self-hosted installs of WordPress (WordPress.org).
