Plugin meniu/Slideshow/slide show option

Can anyone help me please?
First of all, I am using Enigma theme and in dashboard/ left side meniu there is no plugin section at all. I am working in wordpress.com, how should I fix it? There was no plugin section since I registered.
Secondly, whenever I am trying to create gallery, I cant choose type(slideshow or whatever), I was trying to write it by html language but once I press update alll my writing is gone everytime its updated. Basically I cant do anything, cause everyting what I am writing its been deleted everytime I press button update. I could try to instal plugin and create gallery slide show but there is no plugin section in meniu.
Futhermore, I am still trying to change pictures for slide show option on title but wordpress doesnt let me upload any pictures or photos there (in other languages it is working title slideshow with pictures) -

We provide support only for sites hosted by WordPress.COM.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. but I am using wordpress.com not wordpress.org Why do I still need to register in wordpress.org?
