  hello, im new in wordpress
  please help me
  i want to use this app http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jcwp-copy-paste-blocker/installation/ in there, there is plugin menu. but i can’t find plugins menu.
  can you teach me?
  please use simple language

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  There is no upgrade that you can purchase form WordPress.com that provides FTP access, and the ability to install plugins. To use plugins you will have to hire a web host and set up a self hosted WordPress.org install.
