  I can’t find my plugin menu in my admin page

  Hello there. There is no plugin menu as they are not allowed on WordPress.com sites.

  What is the function you were hoping to add? Does one of our widgets suit your purposes?

  If you do require plugins, you have the flexibility of adding them to self-hosted WordPress sites.
