Plugin missing for my list

    Hello! I need some advise.
    I open my webpage and found that all the plugins that are suppose to be in my list are missing. Maybe there are in some place but I can found them. “A message said: You do not appear to have any plugins available at this time”
    On last May I paid for Akismet and WPML plugins. They are missing too.
    Can I reinstall the plugins or similar ones. Can this affect the actual webpage functionality.
    I tried to contact the web page company but they never returns my calls.
    Please need advise.

    Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with your problem. This forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com and we can’t install plugins here. There’s another forum for blogs like yours that are hosted elsewhere using WordPress software. Please repost your question at: https://wordpress.org/support/
