  You seem to be completely confused about the differences between free blogs being free hosted by WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG software. Please read these entries very carefully:
  http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
  http://wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/

  If you want a blog with FTP access, plugins and the ability to monetize it then WordPress.COM is not for you. Your best bet is to hire a web host and get a free WordPress.ORG software install.

  These forums are for technical issues with wordpress.COM blogs. We can’t use plugins here so we can’t advise you.

  If you need a plugin or something for a non-wordpress blog you will have to search the web as plugins for wordpress blogs will not work with non-wordpress sites.
