Plugin Not Installing

  When I install a plugin as in Blubrry or update my wordpress it is not doing anything.

  This is all that shows up: Been like this for hours. Tried it over and over even manually still not working. Also tried safari, firefox, internet exp.

  Installing Plugin: Blubrry PowerPress Podcasting plugin 1.0.13

  Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/powerpress.1.0.13.zip.
