  Good Morning – Plugins are a feature only supported on WordPress.org sites. WordPress.org sites are self hosted and use the installation of WordPress. Support for Plugins can be found at http://wordpress.org/support/

  If you wish to use Plugins, you would need to create a self hosted site. http://wordpress.org

  Here at WordPress.com you may add widgets into your sites sidebar or footer (depending on your theme). A full list of widgets is available here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category/widgets-sidebars/
