Plugin of commercegate

  I have a new website http://www.llename.com and i put the plugin of commercegate (payment gateway) but do not work. I put the url in my callback but is not work and they say me this:

  Last 25 calls to callback server.
  format:
  DATE YYYYMMDD FULL DATE -> CALL : RESPONSE
  cannot open log file
