Hi there,
You cannot add your own plugins on WordPress.com.
Plugins are tools used to extend the functionality of the WordPress platform. However, they are only applicable to self-hosted blogs and web sites using the WordPress.org software. Plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons.

Hope this helps.

Oh so basically they are not available on the free sites … Only sites with their own domain .. Correct?
-
No. You can’t add plugins on WordPress.com with a custom domain or not, with a free plan or not

You can use the standard contact form:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/or the Wufoo option:

Awesome! Thank you . One more question, is there a way to add a Facebook like button so that it will automatically show on every post? I appreciate your time. I’m new at this so I apologize for all the questions. Thanks a bunch 😊

Hi, its me again. I need some more help. It seems that under my dashboard under the “Appearance” tab, I have no “Editor” button. I am trying to add a Facebook like button, however the On the dashboard from the button “Appearance” I can access THEMES,CUSTOMIZE, MENUS, BACKGROUND, THEME OPTIONS
The tutorial I am following shows “Appearance” THEMES, MENUS, THEME OPTIONS, BACKGROUND and EDITOR.
I do not have the “Editor” option to make the adjustments to my site that I need.
Note: There is also no feature button called “Plugin” directly under the “Appearance” tab.
Why doesn’t my dashboard have the “Editor” or “Plugin” option.
Is it because I selected a theme for my site that is free?
I’m confused.
Can you help and if so, I am not very good at this so I will need very specific step by step instructions how to add the “editor” and “plugin’ options to my dashboard.I appreciate you time
Thank you -
Hi again,
You cannot add a Facebook ‘like’ button to the posts. You can add Facebook ‘Share’ button.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook-share-button
You can go to your dashboard @
https://victoriousvirtuouswomenoffaith.wordpress.com/wp-admin/Login as admin. Under Appearance -> Widgets -> Facebook Page Plugin.
Please check this link . Check the section that reads ‘Facebook Page Plugin’
https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook-share-buttonHope this helps.

What Tutorial? I gave you the correct tutorials in my response:

Right, that plugin button doesn’t exist on WordPress.com (I said you… https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/plugin-option-7?replies=10#post-2587841)
Is it because I selected a theme for my site that is free?
Again, no, you can’t add plugins on WordPress.com with a custom domain or not, with a free plan or not, with a free theme or not.

Ok, thank you for your response…but forgive me for my ignorance, but what are “self-hosted blogs”? I am not sure I understand…There are so many videos on Youtube that show these options I indicated in my previous question, so I need a little more confirmation on my answer. Thank you for your time.

You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Be sure to read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
For a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_PageIf you feel you need blogger installed plugins as that’s not possible here at wordpress.COM, this guide will explain how to move your WordPress.com site to another hosting platform: Moving to a Self-Hosted WordPress Site
