Plugin option missing from Adm menu

  Hi guys

  Anyone know how to add a ‘plug in’ option next to my ‘settings’ and ‘users’ options?

  I recently started a blog and can’t work out how to install plugins outside of the default menu. Do i need to upgrade my blog offering for this?

  You cannot install plugins with the WordPress.com self-hosted blog. If you want plugins you will have to use the WordPress.org site and use your own web host.
