plugin panel

  I’m experiencing a problem with the plugin panel. In one dashboard I have it, in the other one not. And in the dashboard that appears only I see is the sign ‘Want to add a store to your site?’

  Please help

  You are witnessing the differences between wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org software installs. Please read them all here https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ to wordpress.com hosted blogs and there is no blogger installed plugin capability
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ There is no upgrade that changes this reality. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  ‘Want to add a store to your site?’

  That’s a message aimed at those who are into eCommerce. The only wordpress.COM hosted blogs that can be equipped for eCommerce are those with the $299. per year business upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/
