Plugin Polylang changed my url, so I can´t login to wp anymore

I do have a backup, but how can I Import it to WP, when I can´t Login??
Could anybody help me to save my Website?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the URL starting with http:// of the blog you cannot access?
The Admin login link for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

Perhaps you are posting to the wrong support forum. Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you are referring to site that is not hosted by wordpress.COM and you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

Thank you for the help, but I didn´t get the solution thow.
As soon as I log in, http://xyz.com/wp-login.php it´s automatically changed into http://xyz.com/en/wp-login.php.
That´s because of the Plugin Polylang. There accidently was a click somewhere…
I did recover the structure via ftp filezilla. But I´m not able to get Access to the dashboard, because the page is not found.
The xml-data backup of course is missing, and I don´t know how to Transfer it without the WP-Button: Import -
