Plugin Problems – Where is Plugin Folder??

ok. This is probably a very dumb question, but I downloaded a couple of plugin’s that I would like to implement into my Blog. However, they all say to install the plugin’s by copying the plugin, into the “plugin folder”.
Where is the Plugin Folder?
Please let me know where I can find this. Thank you in advance.

You can always send feedback to staff (through your dashboard) and give reasons why you’d like to see certain plug-ins coded to work here.

Colonhealth, do you have a blog hosted here at wordpress.com or did you download the software from http://wordpress.org to put on a web host? If you have a blog here, we cannot install plugins, but you can install plugins if you have your own copy of the software.
