Plugin recommendation needed

Hi guys,
I could now Google and install hundred of plugins but maybe this one here is a shortcut.
I am in need of the following plugins (free or paid version):
– Charts/Statistics Plugin whereby a certain usergroup can update stats for the day, previous day as well as target. Some stats must be automatically added.
– Strong User Plugin whereby the admin can add/edit/delete users and some addtional information must be added such as telephone numbers. A list of all users including search function must be available.
– Safety-Status Calender with multiple entries (like when was the latest incident)Please advise and please do not refer me to Google, I am looking for Plugins which some of you might have used before.

The bottom line here is that if and only if you are referring to a site hosted by WordPress.COM that has a Business plan upgrade http://wordpress.com/plans/ you can upload additional plugins.
Unless you have a wordpress.COM hosted site with a Business plan upgrade https://wordpress.com/plans/ you cannot install any plugins in addition to those that are built in to all of our sites, and you cannot install third party or custom themes.
There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted sites.

To save you time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.
We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. You could be posting to the wrong support forum. To be clear we do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
