Plugin Recommendation (Selfhelp Survey)

    Helping a non-profit organization digitize a survey for analyzing the respondent’s level of risk per category. Essentially 3 categories with multiple choice questions that weights each choice, adds the point results per category and then would need to display the results to the respondent with appropriate feedback based on point totals.
    I know WPForms and Gravity Forms likely may support this but I was hoping someone may have done something like this and knows definitively what plugin would work before asking the organization to invest in it.
    Key features being the weighted results (Gravity does this), calculate results per category and then give feedback based on the result for each category and VERY IMPORTANT – immediately display these results to the user once they “submit” their answers.
