Plugin Refund

How do I get a refund for a plugin that I purchased (it doesn’t work)? The sales page promises a 30 day money back guarantee, but the AI support assistant says that I can’t get a refund as it’s outside of the 14 day window (it’s been 20 days). Since I don’t have a paid plan, I don’t get the privilege of “speaking to a human.”

Perhaps you’re looking at WordPress.com AI where plans can be refunded up to 14 days after purchase? Where did you buy the plugin? Somewhere else? Don’t you need a paid plan to buy a plugin here?
