Plugin remove from file manager

Hi, we have migrated a website from wordpress.org to wordpress.com, everything has been working for a week, then suddenly today I am getting the message ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. on the backend of the website. Can you provide me access to file manager so I can diagnose this? If not, are you able to have a look at what plugin is causing this so I can update my website? (We believe this is the last plugin installed)

Hi there this is the site url
I am unable to access the support from another account, and this website was connected to the account, please take a look at the last action/change done on the website as that is when we lost the access once we installed the plugin. Would be best if you could uninstall that plugin.

But this login also was linked to the webisite yesterday and then it randomly stopped working along with the other login
we will try to access the chat again using the main loign, but we were able to do so yesterday too, but then it stopped and we weren’t able to do so
and also about the plugin issue, currently we only get a blank dashboard, no pages, plugins, chat, email change we only get critical error so we need help with getting the site the way it is before that plugin as we can’t access the chat anymore neither through it

but the owner said he wasn’t able to to it today via chat from that dashboard, is there another option to assist us with the fix if we are not able to access the support?
