Hello,
It would be great to have the repost.us plugin (already on wordpress.org) also on wordpress.com. It’s a plugin helping people repost content on their blogs/websites/anything.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Actually Reblog and Sharing don’t do what Repost does. Reblog is close but it only works within the wordpress.com ecosystem, a bit like if YouTube only allowed embedding to other YouTube channels.
Repost is an open platform with content from 5000 publishers from AFP, The Economist and Fox sports all the way to individual blogs. It allows anybody to syndicate their own content and to embed content from others. You can think of it as the AP wire without the $5K a month fee. It would work on WP.com if our javascript was whitelisted ….

I think John made a better argument than I could ever do about the differences between reblog and sharing options and Repost.
It would be a shame to have to create a mirror blog on another platform just so we can access this service…
