Plugin request for floating social share bar

  Hi,
  Currently, the only option for sharing posts is via the links that can be added at the bottom. However, it is more effective if the links are at the top of the post. Is there a possibility to 1) add social media share links to the top of the post instead of bottom or 2) add a plugin for a floating social share bar: http://www.wpbeginner.com/floating-social-bar/
