Plugin request – multiple drop down form

Hi
I am after a drop down menu form which leads to another drop menu formIf you look at this guys website http://www.motorspeed.com/
On the upper left you will see a standard drop down for with several makes of cars… Once you select the make, the second drop down menu is populated with MODELS and on selecting that a selected amount of data is displayed.
THIS IS EXACTLY what I need
Can anyone help me please or point me in the right direction

There is not FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

Some WordPress.com themes provided drop-downs from pages to sub-pages natively and some don’t. However, we can create a custom menu on any themes and that will do the same thing. See:
