    we would need to install a plugin that allows you to create a reserved area within which you can upload and download files on lenuslab.com/insca site.

    Could you tell us which plugin exactly we need to install in order to achieve what is indicated?

    Because of that, we can’t really provide useful suggestions for your plugin query; but you could either talk to your host’s customer service about this, or possibly make a post in the WordPress.org community forums (the WordPress software comes from WordPress.org originally):
